Hi,

I need to have customer P.O. number on Invoices & Delivery Notes. How can I do That?

I think you have to create custom fields for them and go to relevant document mapper and map the custom fields created for those.

Hi Milan,


As Iranga Subasinghe mentioned, you need to create Custom Fields in both Sales Invoice and Delivery Note.

Make sure that the field names are same for both custom fields created for Sales Invoice and Delivery Note. (You can use copy feature in Custom Field and change “Document”).

If the field names are same, if you create a delivery note from sales invoice, field values will be automatically mapped. So no need to edit the mapper :slight_smile:
