Customize Form not reflect to doctype

Hello,

What is the main difference between Customize Form and Doctype itself!
And how to reflect Customize Form changes to Doctype(DB)!
I have checked the DB but there is no change happen when update Customize Form!
How can I reach the new value after the Customize Form is updated ?

It overrides a standard DocType or Field property
