Customer template to upload

Hi
I have login as administrator and trying to upload customer and item templates. I am unable to import customer, item template on ERP next.
Below is my customer template i am using to import only one line (just for testing).

Actually, I am using the version v12.15.0 (version-12).see snap shot below

Note that the system is displaying the following message when I have upload the template.

It would be grateful if someone can help me please.

You’re using the incorrect template. If you want to use this one, then check Data Import Legacy.

Otherwise, download the latest template from Data Import and simply copy-paste the data into it.
