Customer Tax ID not showing on Sales Orders

Hi,
I have setup a custom print format for sales orders and made sure to include customer’s tax ID underneath the customer’s address.
When printing the sales order, the tax ID doesn’t appear at all.
Any suggestion on how to fix that please?

You’re welcome to close this topic.
Following sales orders have the VAT ID on it. Only the current one didn’t update.
