Customer Status "Open" stays open

Dear Developers,

I’m noticing a bug. I’ve just recently deleted all company transactions. However, customer’s status still remain as “Open” and some of the transaction data is still recorded in the customer’s calendar.

Is there anyway to manually change the status of customers from open to normal?

Have you tried clearing the cache?

Also, make sure you don’t have any filters when you delete the transactions, as there may be some hidden.

I have the same problem whatever the status I change it remains in “Open”
