Customer record count decreases

Hello All,
   We have override the existing delete functionality of the ERPNext for the requirement of the client.
Same has been deployed with the client for period of 1.5 months, but client raising issue saying he is seeing fall in the number of customers.
This is something which claims actually delete not being done by their number still has effect on their numbers.

So, I would like to know is there audit table or log which is present by which one could tally the number of delete that has happened to match the numbers shown in the docType.

If you have enabled MySQL bin-logs thats your best bet.

If not, enable them so that you can track it in the future.
