Encounter this error while trying to save the Customer’s Primary Address

you can try to

  • check whether the field Primary Address in the Customer DocType has any value, different then 0 as the Length (*)
  • if that is the case, change that value to 0 and try it again.

(*) you do this with the Customize Form tool where you choose the Customer DocType.
