Hello , I am unable to understand the following issue, if it’s a bug or as per design? While adding employees in the Select employees for current Salary Structure table, the currency symbol displayed beside the amount in the Base column shows the default currency from the Global Defaults from Setup and not the from the currency of the company selected on the top of the form. Is this by design?
When we select a company whose currency is different from the one setup in Global Defaults shouldn’t this currency symbol be displayed here as we are trying to attach the employees for this company? Also in which currency would the payment entry be while generating Salary Slip from the Process Payroll Option for these employees? Can someone please help me to understand this?
