User not allowed to delete Comment: ba5459cccf
So, I put in a, “Next Contact Date,” and, when it comes up, I call the customer. Now, I want to update that so that it reminds me to do so again at a certain interval, or if the customer requests a specific date/time.
I get that error anytime I go to save the change, however. Even if it’s past the date/time that was scheduled, once that time is put into that box, I can’t edit it. Only the system administrator can. I don’t need administrator privileges, but I need this specific one. How do I change it, and what should I tell my administrator to change?
