Create PO(Purchase Order) From Supplier Quotation Comparison

Is it possible to create less item price PO.
As I can see a report Supplier Quotation Comparison it shows me that which supplier is giving item in less rate to us.

I mean I can create different PO from different supplier who is giving item in less price

did you find solution here or the only option is to create a custom app that will create purchase order from this comparison report
