Some of my product bundles contain items that get transferred from one warehouse to another and other items that get delivered to the customer.
I’d like to avoid having to create a separate material transfer if possible.
Can I make a “target warehouse” field in the packed items doc and transfer those items to that warehouse rather than delivering them to the customer?

There is no “target” warehouse feature in Delivery Note, maybe you can add it as a feature request on GitHub
Can it be done with a custom script?
No, it needs server side actions to update the Stock Ledger. You can sponsor this feature though.
