Create Bill for my supplier for non-inventory Item

Dears,
I would like to create a bill for my supplier for providing me a service how could I do it without defining the service in my inventory.

You can create the item and still not have it in inventory.

Just remember to NOT TICK the check mark from Maintain Stock on the Item page.
