Hello, I have a small amateur doubt.
I want the users to fill a web form, which contains data such as their names, phone number, email and so on.
When the user finishes filling the web form, I would like that at the moment of saving a patient is created in the healthcare section with the data filled by the user.
I know it is perfectly possible and it is a very n00b question, but could you tell me the best way to do it?
