Create a duplicate item record when a item is created

Hi,

We are in refurbishing business that means we procure used white goods, refurbish them and then sell them. Hence for each procured item will need to create 2 items, e.g. if we procure IPhone7 used, will need to create 2 items one procured Iphone7 and one Refurbished IPhone7 (procured iphone 7 will be in BOM of refurbished one)

Thus is there a way the moment I create new item Iphone7 on save it automatically also creates another item called refurhished iphone7.

There is no such feature out of the box. It does not seem like a good pattern either. You should make a repack type Stock Entry when you refurbish your item.
