Courier Shipment Management Application

I have one requirement for developing Courier/Shipment management system (end-to-end) for overseas shipments.

System can have two modules -

  1. Back-office - For office users to update records
  2. Client interface - For users to create, update & track shipments

I am sure this can be done using ERPNext. So wanted to know if there is any similar implementation ?

list the requirement in detail with use case/functionality, so that others might be able to give inputs about how much is available in the current erpnext v13. This exercise would enable you to map the business requirement & list out missing features. Accordingly, developers in the community might be able to suggest approximate budget.
