Couldn't add signup option through using mobile number with OTP in erpnext

How to enable mobile number with OTP signup option in erpnext. I did following steps
1.Setup Two Factor Authentication in System Settings
2.create the developer api key using messagebird.com gateway
3.Configure the SMS settings Option
4.set the role permission enabled in Desk Access,Two factor authentication
