I’m customizing our Customer Form and need to link numerous contacts to the Customers under different contact type categories e.g. Customer’s Rep, Customer’s Emergency Contact, Customer’s Doctor.
When I try creating a column break with each of these contact categories, and a field for the html contact button for each called Contact HTML, it doesn’t allow me to do so because I’m attempting to create a duplicate field.
Always use the Customize Form to modify the Form or to add custom fields. If you make changes in DocType you may face the issues while getting the updates.so go to doctype list and select customer doctype and then update doctype

I am using the Customize Form to modify the form, however, it’s not allowing me to add multiple ‘Contact HTML’ fields under different categories.
Is there a way of doing this?
