when i go to select Purchase Receipt item ,i want to add Delivered quantity, received quantity and remaining quantity.
Note: The quantity received must be not allowed greater than the Delivered quantity…

For now, in the Purchase Receipt, you can only update received qty. Perhaps you can add a Custom Field for the Delivery Qty, and write a custom script for the validation between Delivered Qty and Accepted Qty.
