Change discount on Sales Order didn't work

I have a problem when I want make a change discount for each item in Sales Order.
When I save that Sales Order it price back to the price rule that already setting.

What I miss about the setup or any solution for this?

With pricing rule my sales order have price like this

Because there is a deal that we give extra discount for that customer. So I change the discount for the first item and then the sales order detail be like this

But when I save that sales order, the price back to the first one

check the box ignore pricing rule.
