Can't create Fiscal year for my first company on version 1

I have downloaded the version 1 from erpnext.org and intsalled it but
when I first run it from my browser I can’t create new Fiscal year nor
can I see the chart of accounts tree !

Hi,

At start screen, it should ask you some details like your first company's name, its abbreviation, fiscal year etc.

What does the browser show when you log into erpnext?

Yes it show me this screen, and I entered all data needed ( company
abbreviation, fiscal start date, default currency) then push the save
button.

but after when I go to setup > Fiscal year new fisca year enter my
first Fiscal year and push the save button it gives me a message “did
not save” !!!

If you can see a black toolbar please to Tools -> Error Console and let us know whats in there

We are not actively supporting version 1. Please setup version 2 - we don't have an installer yet but will come soon.

There is no download link for version 2, you will have to clone from git. Like I said, there is no installer yet. You are welcome to make one.

Also please ask technical queries on the technical forum. This is the user forum for functional queries.
