Cant "Complete and Consume"

Hi everyone, i’m wondering how to complete a Clinical Procedure with a stock consumption, i did a stock reconciliation to do an opening stock, i actually have 65 products to consume

when i try to “complete and consume” i’m getting an Error: Value missing for Stock Entry: Stock Entry Type
