Can't able to send leave approval email to employee

Hello,
I am working on a leave approval email but whenever an employee’s leave has been approved or rejected, then its approval email is sent to the leave approver instead of that employee

How are you sending the email? Is it via Notification or the one via HR Settings?

Who are you adding under Email By Document Field , i.e. the recipient?

If it is owner, then the whoever creates the leave application will get the email.

I checked that, now it doesn’t send any email
