Cannot Send Email on ERPNext

I could not send email on ERPNext. My investigation shows that redis-async-broker is not running.
Hope someone could help me.

redis-async-broker is now running, but still emails are not sent.

@jeffbangquil check in System Settings if the Async Tasks are enabled!
