Cannot Import Issue Resolution Date and Time

Hi. l am using Version 13 of ERPNext
I am trying to import “Issue” in Support section using excel sheet. I am importing following fields for “Issue”
ID,Subject,Customer,Raised By (Email,Status,Priority,Service Level Agreement( SLA),First Responded On,Opening Time,Opening Date,Resolution Date

I am facing these problems while importing:
1 - If I set “Priority” while importing, it does not set the imported “Priority” field, rather it sets the default Priority of SLA as the “Priority” of Issue
2 - If I set “Resolution Date” while importing, it does not set the imported “Resolution Date” field, rather it sets the “Resolution Date” as the datetime of the instance when this “Issue” is imported

Kindly help in this regard how can import these two fields and set them in the “Issue”
