Cannot delete Company transaction

Cannot delete company due to below issue.

“Cannot delete or cancel because Communication is linked with Email Queue”

I am trying to delete the entire company transaction but while delete it shows above message.

Hi,
Delete first Communication and Email and then delete company transaction.

I am not able to delete both neither communication nor email.

have you tried though backend(database)?

Its on ERPNext Cloud and cannot do that…!

We got confirmation from ERPNext, that it is a known bug which will be resolved in next release.

So, please hold on further investigation @shraddha
