Cannot cancel sales order after moving to v13

Hi, after updating to v13, I cannot cancel a sales order. I have this error:
ImportError: Module import failed for Production Order (erpnext.manufacturing.doctype.production_order.production_order Error: No module named 'erpnext.manufacturing.doctype.production_order.production_order')

doing bench migrate does not help.
In case it is relevant: It was v8 for few years, then v11 for about a year, v12 for about a year.
