Cannot Cancel or Delete Salary Structure - Error: Document has been modified after you have opened it

I have created a salary structure and wanted to cancel and delete it, bit getting the below error:

Error: Document has been modified after you have opened it

When I created this salary structure I have merged this with the previously cancelled salary structure this may be the reason now. How to delete this? manually or in database?

I have already refreshed the page, restarted bench but nothing solved this.

Hi Strac,
Have you tried cancelling the “Salary Structure Assignment” for this person first?

I couldn’t cancel it either.
I deleted it from the tbSalary Structure table.
