Canceled sales invoice amount is apear in the payment entry

wish be healthy and safe, please kindly conduct us that why the cancelled sale invoice amount is shown in the payment entry list,

Payment entry is a different document from sales invoice.

If you created a Payment Entry for a sales invoice, if you cancel the Sales Invoice you have to cancel the payment entry too.

The fact that they are the dame amount is a business coincidence.
