I am trying to delete a disabled “website user”, but get error as attachment, it seems like there is a communication which relates to this user, however i search the “Communication” but nothing list, also attached the screenshot.
Please show me how to fix it. Thanks a lot.
@bzero if you can see your picture to the left side, there is Linked and closed and sent, so you need to click on it or make a filter by the name of the employee to show all linked communications in his name.
also you can go to setup > user > user you want to delete > links from the menu so you see all linked docs.

however when i go to “Links” from that user, i got no link 
And trying to delete again, still getting same message:
Do a bench clear-cache from the frappe-folder
This solved it for me a while ago…
it doesn’t work too after executing clear-cache.

I tried to clean browser’s caching, and also start new admin session by using Private Browsing.
But still couldn’t delete a disabled Website user, or even getting related Links/Documents/Communication.
@bzero would you like to make me a temporary account to see by my self?
i am not a Frappe nor ERPnext team developer, i am a community developer only…

You will have to first delete the communication records for the user only then you will be able to delete that user.
What error are you facing, if it is "the user is linked to a “communication”, then you will have to delete the communication records for the user and then you will be able to delete the user.
