Nothing’s wrong. The error is saying that you have assigned this user role Employee and you have to assign this user ID to an Employee record as well.
This is not a must do.
The point is, that if the user is an employee and you provide his user id in the employee document (HR module), he will be able to view his own employee data and will be able to enter forms like expense claims and alike.
If the user is not an employee or no need to enter his employee related data, you can skip this silently.
