Can Access a DocType without Login?

I want to create a DocType that will accessible to all the user without Login.
I have tried it with Webpage but I want to create a DocType.

If anybody knows then please let me know.

Have you tried WebForms? You can uncheck Login Required checkbox to allow for non logged in users.

Yes, I had done with WebForms but I need to create a DocType.
If you have any idea about DocType then please let me know.
