[Bug] Production Plan didn't take into Consideration the Purchase UOM Conversion

Hi everyone one!

I’m publishing a fix for the Production Plan, version-13, because it fails on generate the properly purchase orders, when the item, have a different purchase uom!

I’m wondering if someone else than @adityaduggal uses ERPNEXT for Manufacturing, and is using v-13

If that’s the case, how are you dealing with that issue?
