Budget limit action

I think the budget limit action shall work when creating a Purchase Order not when creating a Purchase Invoice…
Please am I right or not?

Hello,

For validating budgets, we should select Cost Center and Account in the Purchase Order, which is not available for now. Please create Github Issue for this suggestion.
