The UI seems broken after change to production mode (sudo bench setup production myuser).
Disabling production mode, and running with bench start UI works fine …

My guess would be a permissions issue. Your nginx logs (probably at /var/log/nginx/error.log) would be able to tell you which file/folder specifically.
