Both sites refusing to connect after setting up multitenancy

So I created a new site and set up multitenacy using this guide: Multitenant Setup · frappe/bench Wiki · GitHub

I also emptied the currentsite.txt file

and also used this command bench config dns_multitenant on

as suggested here: DNS based Multitenancy

Now both sites are saying, ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

What could be the issue here? Bear in mind this is on ERPNext 10
