I didn’t want to create a GitHub issue in case I’m missing something, but it seems to me that being able to set the units for BOM Items is quite important.
In different assemblies we might have different units of measure for the same item, and we might also be purchasing in different units.
Any thoughts?
You can see Stock UOM for the item on BOM. So you are saying it should have UOM selection and conversion as well?

I think that would be a very useful addition.

I am running erpnext production version 10.1.39 and there is a problem that when I select the unit of the item in the BOM, it should convert the price based on the conversion factor and this is not happening. It is staying calculating based on the default (base) unit and does not do conversion for the price.
Do you see this?
