BOM Cost Quotation

Hi,

I have created a BOM with 22 items as well as our operations
required to manufacture. We use these 22 items to manufacture a certain
product. A client just requested a quotation for 1000 of these products.
I have created a “1000 quantity” Price List and entered our purchasing
cost for each item at quantity 1000. I have also marked them as “valid for selling” and “valid for buying” in the Price List. I tried creating a “Quotation” and selected the “1000 quantity” Price List. The price shows $0, and is not adding up the exploded BOM cost. How do I pull this exploded BOM Cost into a quotation
adding up all of my purchase costs? I would like this cost figure so I can add my markup and submit a quotation to my client.

Please explain/advise,

It will not pull exploded BOM cost automatically in quotation. You have to manually enter item rate in "Item Price" table against selected price list. You can also use Data Import Tool, for mass uploading price list data.
