Blank Purchase Invoice Fields

Hello,

I just updated to following versions:

ERPNext: v7.2.6
Frappe Framework: v7.2.5

All working fine, except for one weird issue where when creating a new Purchase Invoice all I am getting are blank fields, sections showing fine. See Screen grab.

This is happening on creating new as well as created Purchase Invoices

I’ve already done the following:

  1. Reboot the server
  2. Clear cache - bench clear-cache
  3. restarted bench - bench restart

Nothing change.

Additional Note that this is also happening on

ERPNext: v7.2.1
Frappe Framework: v7.2.1

And I am using Safari 10.0.2
Also tested on Firefox 50.1.0

Hi @saidsl,

try command bench migrate
Kindly share the browser’s console log

Thanks for your suggestion and I have tried it and I am still getting the same blank fields.

I tried to save the form and all the fields appeared again and all subsequent PINVs are normal, however, if I reload ERPNext or logout, I lose the fields again.

did you added custom field or custom script?

Nope there are no custom scripts or fields.

This only happened after I updated to the current versions, prior to that it was fine.

Difficult to identified the issue, try bench build command

I just tried it and same results.

It seems I am also unable to Cancel or Amend older PINVs. as its just freezing there like waiting to load and nothing is clickable as well.

Hello

This is resolved and can be closed.

Turns out there was a custom script that was causing the fields not to load.
