The form in crop section in agriculture is blank along with other similar forms like water analysis, plant analysis etc.

If yes, please check and share the message received in the browser’s console.
I restored the default settings in form customisation and not it’s working back. Don’t know what caused the issue.
Show your Js console on your browser. Probably some libraries not installed properly.
Now it’s working. When problem repeats I will share.
