Blank after updating

Hi All, not sure if anyone experienced this.
After updating to 8.10.1 and 8.9.3, we are getting this error where all pages are blank. Any ideas why it is?
I tried Firefox and chrome.

try bench build && bench clear-cache in frappe-bench directory.

Thank you Sagar. We went and updated to a later version which was 2 days old and it worked, no data loss. Was just an issue with the interface.
