What is the most efficient way to give a read, export, email right to all documents to a user?
Is it just to create a new role then add all documents 1 by 1 and set read, export, email, print, report rights?
Anything more practical?
Yes ,you can do this way also
and If you want then go to “Doc type” list.
-open one of the doc type i.e Account,Attendance etc.
- scroll down page ,there is “Permission Rules” table grid
- From there also you can apply read,write, export permission
Go to Directly Role permission manager
select document type and roles and give permission.

Yes, that’s what I have done. But it is kind of painful to have to go through all the doctype to add rights.
