Bench new-site with DB on remote host

Dear ALL,
I am trying to create a new site with a remote host for DB.

There is no option in bench new-site in order to specify where DB is located (bench new-site it assumes by default that DB is in localhost)

Any chance to avoid a local installation and then the DB migration after setup is completed?
