Bench - build, new-site commands not found

Dear developers,

I am trying to install Frappe v.11.1.36 & Erpnext 11.1.39

Installation fails - Error: No such command “build”.

Already tried,
Bench Version 5.x
Frappe, 11.1.36, 11.1.40, 11.1.55

Still same error ! But for Frappe version 12.x onwards - no error.

We’ve v11 docker images if you wish to use them.

Or you’ll have to time travel using git.
