Bank Reconciliation fields locked as sort of "read-only"

Hi!
Please apologize me if I missed basics, but I feel like that I should be able to see more fields and even edit “From date” and “To date” fields.

Am I doing something wrong to be able to use bank reconciliation tool?

Add “developer_mode”: 1
in your site_config.json inside your site directory
