I just backed up my erp next instance database and i want to restore to my database on my local instance

How do i achieve that?

Make sure you archive a copy of this file or you may have a serious problems with integrations i.e. dropbox backup and email accounts as its not included in the backup protocol

bench/sites/sitename/site_config.json)
