Backup 13 and Restore it on 14

Hi, community,
Any idea how to backup ERPNEXT 13 and restore it on ERPNEXT 14? I just successfully installed version 14 and looking best way to migrate all my data from version 13.

hello,

Just retore the database with bench command and run bench update

this will pass migration script from your version to version-14

I do that, but when I run command:
sudo bench migrate

It show this error :
pymysql.err.ProgrammingError: (1146, “Table ‘_b533f5aaf8c.tabFeedback’ doesn’t exist”
