Background Jobs stuck in Queue

Hello,

I started import for a single line, but its stuck in queue not starting. its been an hour still in the queue, short jobs runs and finished as supposed to be but these are not starting,

anybody please help??

NOTE : I purged some jobs earlier.

run bench enable-scheduler
