After updating to v12.12.0 which fixed the Cost Center issue for Journals, there seems to be an issue with tasks run by scheduler.

Email Notifications: Email Alerts are no longer being generated for workflows while email alerts triggered from actions like backups get stuck in email queue unless manually flushed.

Scheduled backup has stopped functioning and Dropbox backup has stopped working altogether.
Can these issues be looked at and resolved?
