In my setup, all new incoming emails are converted to Leads.
Currently, those new Leads have empty fields Person Name, Source and Note etc.
I need to convert Email sender’s name to Lead Person Name and body text to Lead Note.

I would like to know how to do that as well.
We collect certain information in our inquiry form that a lead fills in on our website.
I would like to be able to use this information (like name, address and phone number) and use that to create a lead and opportunity.
Is it possible to use server side scripts to extract this data, or are there better ways to do this?
