Automated functions on Payslip

Good day

How do I create the salary structure to automatically calculate incentive of sales?

Is there any automated calculation rules available for payslip generation, such as employee contributions, hours worked at a set rate, etc etc?

@Clive_Conlon unfortunately this is not available out of the box.

And I assume there is no easy way to do this without getting a developer involved?

Also: Would this be a future function that you guys will be developing?
